We are the TheraSistersStL!! Amy and Katheryn!

We are your experienced fellow healers, wellness professionals, peers and friends. We work with other professionals to get them get unstuck, visible, and connected — with clarity, care and a healthy dose of hype!

Most business support for wellness professionals focuses on strategies and systems — without addressing the emotional reality of this work.

We do both.

In our small groups, we:
